Donald Trump said Africans are "lazy fools only good at eating, lovemaking and thuggery."

Republican presidential nominee frontrunner, billionaire reality TV star and real estate tycoon, Donald Trump, has again called out on Africans who according to him are ‘lazy fools only good at eating, lovemaking and thuggery’.
Speaking in Indianapolis, Trump maintained that in order to restore America’s lost glory, he would deport Africans especially those from Kenya including the incumbent President Barack Obama.
He said: “African Americans are very lazy. The best they can do is gallivanting around ghettoes, lamenting how they are discriminated. These are the people America doesn’t need.
“They are the enemies of progress. Look at African countries like Kenya for instance, those people are stealing from their own government and go to invest the money in foreign countries.
“From the government to opposition, they only qualify to be used as a case study whenever bad examples are required. How do you trust even those who have ran away to hide here at the United States hiding behind education?
“I hear they abuse me in their blogs but I don’t care because even the internet they are using is ours and we can decide to switch it off from this side.
“These are people who import everything including matchsticks. In my opinion, most of these African countries ought to be recolonized again for another 100 years because they know nothing about leadership and self governance.
“I promise to make America great again by restoring our dignity that we have since lost through Obama. The more reason why I still believe that he, and his Kenyan brothers and sisters should be deported back to Kenya to make America safe.”
It was learnt that Ben Carson, a neurosurgeon of African descent, also a Presidential aspirant, saw the statement as offensive and has since kept their distance from Trump.

Millions Of Customer To Lose Their Account As BVN Deadline Expires Today

Bank customers that are unable to obtain their bank verification numbers (BVNs) before the close of business this Friday would not be able to operate such accounts as the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has ruled out another extension of the deadline, which expires this Friday.
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), in collaboration with the Bankers’ Committee had introduced the BVN on February 14, 2014. The initiative was aimed at ensuring unique identity for all bank customers and other users of financial services in the country by the use of the customers’ biometrics as means of identification.
At the expiration of the initial estimated 18 months after the launch, a good number of bank customers were reluctant in registering, which led to commotion and stampede in banking halls across the country towards the end of the previous deadline. That confusion necessitated the call for the extension of the registration dateline by four months to October 31.
Data from the Nigeria Interbank Settlement System Plc. (NIBSS) showed that 20,833,635 bank customers had enrolled as at October 25, 2015.
“Given the tradition of multiple accounts holding by an average Nigerian, which could be conservatively estimated at about two or three per an account holder, therefore, it could be safely assumed that over 40 million accounts might have been enrolled to BVN,” the central bank explained on Thursday.
Furthermore, some Nigerian banks’ customers in the diaspora have taken advantage of more facilities provided for enrolment in more locations abroad.
“It is evident that there has been less pressure in banking halls across the country which goes to buttress the fact that a greater percentage of account holders have been enrolled with the exception of those yet to link their accounts to their BVN,” the CBN added.
The Deputy Director, Consumer Protection Department at the CBN, Mrs. Khadija Kasim, also urged those yet to be captured to do so before the deadline expires.
“The initial deadline was June 30th before we extended it to end of October. By now we expect all Nigerians to go before the expiration date and get their bank verification number. Please Nigerians, come out and ensure that you are registered for the exercise,” she appealed.

One would think we’d have figured them out by now, but we haven’t and we still live in a world where women are disproportionally victimized, attacked, put into inhumane circumstances and left to feel perpetually unsafe. This is a huge global human rights issue that has not been resolved.”
“Eclipsed” is running at New York’s Public Theatre through November 29.

‘We don’t have him’: DSS Denies Arresting Radio Biafra Director, Nnamdi Kanu

The Department of State Services (DSS) has denied arresting Nnamdi Kanu, the Director of secessionist radio station, Radio Biafra.
Debunking the reports of Kanu’s arrest, two members of the DSS in Lagos who spoke to Happenings availed that although they were aware of the activities of Radio Biafra and the Independent people of Biafra (IPOB) movement, he had not been arrested.
Speaking via a telephone interview, one DSS officials said: “We don’t have anything like that here, we don’t. “If he was truly arrested and I didn’t hear about it, it would be a first.”
Another official said that the DSS has only arrested a few of the movement’s sympathisers.
He said: “We’ve arrested some of them and they’re currently being interrogated and tried in the courts, but I don’t think we have him (Kanu) in our custody yet.
“Don’t be surprised if this is fake news, he is desperate for international reverence.”
When asked if the DSS was making moves to arrest Kanu, he said: “This is not a topic I’d like to discuss, sorry.”
Already, Radio Biafra has issued a statement stating that the reported arrest of its director is in line with its plot, claiming that President Muhammadu Buhari has fallen into its trap.
